European Tour Properties has engaged leading customer service benchmarking firm, 59club, to create its own mystery shopper initiative.

The work undertaken by 59club will help ensure the highest levels of customer service and sales etiquette are maintained at each venue within the network.

“Customer service and satisfaction are at the heart of a successful golf operation and the tools, insight and feedback provided by 59club will only further enhance and support the valuable work that is currently being done by all the venues across the network,” commented Ian Knox, Operations Manager at European Tour Properties.

Best Sales Process 2016 – whereby all opportunities to add additional value to a package or increase revenue through upselling or promotion are being taken: Golf Club St Leon-Rot, Germany

Best Staff Attitude 2016 – considering the warmth and friendliness of initial contact and conversations: Albatross Golf Resort, Czech Republic

Best Staff Process – whereby standard practices and procedures are followed on a daily basis: Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai

Best Course Presentation – the best conditioned and presented course: Diamond Country Club, Austria
